Head First Salon & Spa is owned and operated by Janet Kieffer and daughters Kari Forthun and Kelsey Caauwe. Head First has been in business for 25 years serving Little Falls and the surrounding area. We have had our Head First Salon at Crossroads Mall in St. Cloud for 15 years.

We are graduates of the SUMMIT SALON BUSINESS COLLEGE phase 1 and phase 2. The purpose of this training is to lead exceptional salons to manage business and train exceptional staff and to improve all facets of guest services.

Head First grows all new employees by training them with a senior stylist/trainer for 6 to 9 months. Implementing a step by step program that takes a new stylist to top performance in weeks.
